Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets and asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over salmon and asparagus. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
