Ingredients:
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped stems with bread crumbs, vegan cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is golden brown.
