Detoxifying Vegetable Soup for detox

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots, celery, zucchini, and broccoli, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and diced tomatoes.
  5. Add turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  8. Serve hot.
